What’s included in our health coaching?

Our health coaching packages provide personalised direction and guidance in nutrition, lifestyle and mindset practices that work for you. You’ll walk away from sessions with the motivation, tools and strategies to improve your health, manage your stress, get organised and improve your confidence.

Working with a health coach is a partnership that helps you identify what areas of your health and wellbeing you want to improve, find the simplest and most efficient ways to do this and finally, build the strong and capable mindset that ensures you keep up all your hard work to achieve long term and sustained change.

All of our programs are tailored and fully customisable to suit your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. When you sign up for 1:1 health coaching, you sign on for a 6-month program where we will meet over 12 fortnightly sessions to discuss goals, strategies, and progress.

Here is an example of what a standard 1:1 health coaching program can look like:

Health Foundations:

In the first half of our coaching sessions, we will work together to lay the foundations for building a healthier lifestyle. We will go over all the tools, resources, and information you need to begin your journey towards a healthier and happier you.

  • Session 1: Goal setting - Plan your next 6 months and identify what goals are most important to you and the actions you’ll take (with my help) to get you the results you want.
  • Session 2: Nutrition 101 - Learn how to build your meals to keep you fuller for longer and avoid the mid-day crash or snacking on unhealthy foods. Together, we will tailor an eating plan that works around your body’s unique health, your family’s dietary needs, and your schedule.
  • Session 3: Healthy routines - Establish routines that will help you plan and prepare your meals with ease. You will learn strategies to help you streamline your meal planning and preparation so you can action your way toward the life you want.
  • Session 4: Clean eating - Clean eating: Explore the ingredients in the foods you eat. Learn what ingredients to prioritise, minimise, and avoid to increase your energy, improve your health, and feel more confident.
  • Session 5: Syncing your exercise - Find your motivation to move. Together, we will build an exercise routine that works around your lifestyle and energy levels.
  • Session 6: Habit building - Change requires a shift in the way you are currently doing things. Explore evidence-based ways to maintain the progress you are making. Find the accountability and support you need to make lasting changes.

Let's keep going! In the second half of the program, we will explore ways to keep you on track by bringing awareness to your behaviours and thoughts and diving deeply into the areas of your life you want to improve.

  • Session 7: Manage your stress - Learn to combat stress through nutrition, strategies for calming the nervous system, getting organised, and thinking more optimistically.
  • Sessions 8: Overcoming roadblocks - Let's identify what is holding you back from making changes in your life and achieving optimal health and wellbeing.
  • Session 9-11: Choose your own adventure - You get three fully customised sessions linked to your specific goals. You decide which sessions suit your needs, goals, and interests the most. Choose from the topic list below.
  • Session 12: Celebration, reflection, and plans for where to next to maintain your results.

Adrienne Hornby

School Wellbeing Consultant and Strategist

Biography

I partner with school leaders and their teams across Australia to bring together psychosocial safety, staff wellbeing and whole-school strategy — helping schools gather meaningful data, strengthen staff voice, and build tailored Staff Wellbeing Frameworks that create lasting cultural change.

Rather than adding another initiative, my work supports leaders to understand what is truly impacting their people, align with Safe Work/Work Safe expectations, and embed wellbeing into everyday leadership and practice. Each school’s approach is shaped by its context, ensuring that improvements to staff wellbeing also strengthen culture, performance and long-term sustainability.

Earlier in my career as a teacher and school leader, I experienced first-hand the pressure and overwhelm many educators quietly carry. That experience reshaped the way I led, moving from reactive wellbeing support toward a more strategic, staff-informed approach focused on morale, culture, engagement, communication and consultation — not simply mental health alone.

Since then, I’ve partnered with more than 75 schools to help them move from frustration, cynicism and fatigue toward healthier, shared and more sustainable ways of working. My work is grounded in a simple belief: when schools support their people well and share responsibility for wellbeing, everything else becomes possible.
