I’m Adrienne – a health and wellbeing consultant for individuals and organisations.

I’ll help you climb out of burnout and a health rut with tailored, step-by-step health and wellness advice. I pave the way with the strategy, tools and support people need to FINALLY make long-term change.

Why choose me as your individual health coach or school wellbeing consultant?

I became a health and wellness coach because I was once unhappy, burnt out and my health was in tatters. When I looked around me, I could see I wasn’t alone – Everyone around me was dropping like flies. So, I decided to totally overhaul my lifestyle and get on top of my game.

Slowly but surely, I started to feel healthier, happier and more engaged in life and at work. I then made it my mission to help individuals and organisations get on top of their health and wellbeing. And I do it by giving practical, easy to implement health and wellness advice.
